Ripples

Looking at the pond I see it standing still,

Wondering if our life could be as we will.

On the surface of it, its so calm and quiet,

getting closer I see the ripples down right.

Deep inside there a world of its own,

living in harmony as we've known.

Our vision sees only that we want to see,

creating a ripple in our thoughts of what we want to be.
